Likhanov, Boris Borisovich was born in 1958 in the town of Velikie Luki. In 1976 he finished school №10, and in 1977 the art school. He studied at the Vitebsk pedagogical Institute, artistic-graphic faculty. Since 1983 he worked in art workshops related to the Leningrad combine of decorative art. Member of USSR Union of artists since 1991
Participated in numerous exhibitions in Russia (Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Murmansk, Pskov, Velikiy Novgorod, Petrozavodsk) and abroad (Belarus, Germany, Cyprus). Participant of the international plein air (2011, Izborsk).
