Fedorovich Olhovik

Born in S. Byshkin ' Sumy vol. (now Kharkov region). From 1937 to 1940 he studied at the Russian Academy of arts in Leningrad from Bernstein, N..Sokolov, M. P. Bobyshov. In 1943, lives and works in Irkutsk. A member of the CPSU from 1945 to 1948 and 1950 - Chairman of the Board of the Association of artists in 1952-1954 he was the Chairman of the Board of IOSH. During the Patriotic war, has pravitelstvennye awards. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1947
