Vasilyevich Teryokhin

Was born on 21 August (3 September) 1916 in the village of Podolino vyaznikovskogo district of Vladimir province. Member of the Union of artists of the RSFSR in 1960. Younger brother B. V. Terekhina. In 1931-1935 he studied at the vocational school. Teacher - P. D. Bazhenov. Since 1935 worked in the Association of Palekh hodorenko. Lived in the village Dyagilevo Palekh district, Ivanovo region. The participant of the great Patriotic war from 1941. In 1945 he returned to Diaghilev. Died 30 APR 1992, buried in Palekh.

Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. Participated in exhibitions since 1955. The works of A. V. Terekhina are stored in museums: gmpi, PIM, OC Ivanovskoye, Kursk regional art gallery, the Russian Museum of A. S. Pushkin "Moika 12", CMRI, HF Russia.
