He graduated from the Moscow art College of memory 1905 (1941), where he studied with P. I. Petrovichev, V. N. Baksheeva.
During the great Patriotic war, he worked in the Studio of military artists named after M. B. Grekov.
Member of MOSH (1946). A frequent participant of all-Union, youth, Republican art exhibitions. His work is included in exhibition of the Tretyakov gallery, the Museum of history and reconstruction of Moscow, the Museum of the Soviet Army, was exhibited at the international exhibitions of Soviet art. Works are in the Picture gallery Krasnoarmeysk.
