Since 1895 -- a member of the Academy of arts. From 1882 to 1918 he exhibited his works at the travel exhibitions (a member of the Association since 1894). Created a series of portrait busts of artists (N. A. Yaroshenko, G. G. Myasoedov, A. P. Bryullov, etc.). Known for his work for the monuments to I. P. Kotlyarevsky and N. V. Gogol in Poltava.
