Biography and information

In 1891, in the town of Sergiev Posad on the initiative of the Zemstvo was opened a training and demonstration workshop of toys, the head of which was Vladimir Ivanovich Borutzky, at its base in 1913, organized the handicraft Guild of toys manufactures, which after the revolution became known as a team named the red army, and then in 1928 it was transformed into a toy factory (now the toy factory No. 1). There and began to make dolls after closing in Moscow workshop "Children's education". In 1905, in V. I. Sergievskaya workshop Borutzky invited Turner V. P. Zvezdochkin, who has taught hundreds of students.
