Born in the Kurgan region. He graduated from the Sverdlovsk architectural Institute, and then - postgraduate study of the Moscow architectural Institute. Working at the Institute since 1978. Titova T. N. has passion to experiment for some time collaborated with the school pedagogue-innovator Shchetinin M. P.
