Painter, graphic artist, theater and decorative art. Honored artist of Ukraine (since 1977). B. July 10, 1917 in the town of Bohodukhiv in Kharkiv region, the Participant of military operations during the great Patriotic war. Graduated from the Kharkov art College (1932-38), teachers A. Kokel, V. Ryftin, M. Dobronravov, and KhSAI (1938-41; 1946-48), where he studied with N. Burachek, O. Khvostenko-Khvostov, D. Ovcharenko, Yu. Sadilenko. HO member of the CFS since the 1950s. The participant of Republican, all-Union, international and foreign exhibitions since 1949. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1953,1997; Bogodukhov (Kharkov.obl.) - 1967; Krasnograd (Kharkiv. reg.) - 1985; town of Merefa (Kharkiv. region) - 1988. Works in hghu (1947), teacher-methodologist of special disciplines on the theatrical-decorative Department.
