B. Z Dec 1923 in Sverdlovsk, now Yekaterinburg — mind. 26 Aug 1994 in Kharkiv. Combatant during the great Patriotic war. He graduated from the Sverdlovsk art College (1934-41; 1948-50), he studied at the Moscow Institute of applied and decorative art (1951-52), the Leningrad Higher art-industrial school im. V. G. Mukhina (1952-57), teachers V. Markov, B. Smirnov. Worked as an artist Buffon faience factory (1957-61). Taught in hhpi (1963). Worked in the laboratory of the Kharkov tile plant (1973-75). Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
