Steinberg (1919-22; Yalta), Kharkiv art Institute (1922-29), where he studied with M. Burachek, M. Sharonov, O. Khvostenko-Khvostov. HO member of the CFS since 1960. Participant in Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions since 1953.
