architectural faculty of Kharkov Institute of civil engineering, diploma 1971;
postgraduate studies at the Department of architecture, 1972-75;
defended his thesis at the Central Institute of theory and history of architecture (Moscow), 1979.
Professional activities:
Kharkov civil engineering Institute: lectures on the history and social foundations of profession, leadership of diploma works;
head of Department of Fundamentals of architecture;
in 1980-92 - preliminary research, development and implementation of the experimental program of architectural education (conception and guidance of the team of the pedagogical experiment).
The author approx. 50 scientific and methodical works on the theory and history of architecture, higher education, governance of urban and regional development, etc.
