Was born in Moscow.

He studied painting and drawing with Alice Poret, Nikolay Popov, Sofia Gannushkina.

Graduated from Krasnopresnenskaya art school in the class of Vitaly Komar.

From 1979 to 1984 he studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute in the Department of art, teachers – Vladimir Ryvkin, Dmitry Bisti, Andrei Vasnetsov. Diploma work – illustrations to Shakespeare's play “a Midsummer night's Dream” was published by Arkady Troyanker the publishing house “Book”. After graduation, he worked in publishing houses “Book”, “rainbow”, “Russian language”, “Children's literature”, the magazine “Chemistry and life”, “Black chicken”.

From 1986, he attended master classes with Mikhail Anikst in the publishing house “Book”.

Member of the section of book graphics Moscow artists Union, member of the International organization of artists UNESCO.

Illustrated more than 40 books in Russia and abroad.

Many works in the field of magazine graphics, as well as film, animation and computer animation.

Is engaged in easel painting.

Participant and winner of Russian and international art exhibitions, multiple winner of various awards and competitions.

Works are in private collections in Russia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Canada, Germany, Japan.
