Born in 1950 in Dushanbe. Since 1960 he lived in the city of Fergana. In 1976 he graduated from the picturesque pedagogical Department of the Republican art College named. After P. P. Benkov. In 1976 he entered the Moscow State art Institute. V. I. Surikov, Department of monumental painting of Professor A. K. Tutevol. In 1982. he defended the "excellent" diploma in monumental painting of the wedding Palace on the theme "Parade of flowering". In the same year the sketch of the thesis "Parade of flowering" participated at the exhibition devoted to the 225 anniversary of the USSR Academy of arts. Since 1982. participates in international and Republican exhibitions. 1990. — member of the artists Union of the USSR, now the creative unification of Academy of arts of Uzbekistan. Executed a number of monumental works in the technique of "stained glass." Since 1982. to this day he is a leading teacher at the national art College of Tashkent city on the scenic Department. During his teaching he raised a whole galaxy of talented artists. Work Mirzahmedova Hakim Karimovich are in the State Museum of arts of Uzbekistan, Museum of arts of the city of Urgench, in the public gallery of Uzbekistan and in private collections in USA, Russia, England, France, Germany, Israel, Bulgaria, Romania, Japan, India, South Korea, Turkey.

Hakim Mirzaakhmedov works in a realistic manner, in the genre of landscape and still life, drawing on the tradition of painting old masters. Possessing a strong school of art, his work seeks new means of expression for a very poetic display of the natural world and things.
