Biography and information
(1886/1887-1955). As a member of the Art Museum, he was engaged in organizational work on creation of Museum of Jewish culture. To this end, inspector national minorities and the Museum education Department of the district Executive Committee gave him a special certificate, thereby granting him broad powers. He looked around in all cultural institutions, trying "to identify the objects of Museum significance to the Jewish Museum."
