Painter, dissident-"the sixties". Born in Kazakhstan. From 1949 he lived in Kiev. He worked as a decorator in the Studio, participated in archaeological expeditions. Between 1977 and held a joint exhibition with your best friend, artist N. Treguba. A large number of works by the master were removed by foreign collectors abroad. Was in the group of artists "new band". In 1991 – 1992 was a member and Exhibitor of the group of independent artists "Strontium-90". Belonged to the bright representatives of non-conformism. Students and followers was Vladimir Weisberg, Vladimir Bykov, L. Klodnicki, I. Lawrence, etc. Works are in the namu, the Zimmerli Art Museum in new Jersey and many others.
