Karel Hlavacek (Czech. Karel Hlaváček, rod. August 24, 1874, Prague — mind. June 15, 1898, Prague) was a Czech poet and decadent artist, the representative of the Czech symbolism.

His literary works and critical articles on art, Karel Hlavacek published in the magazine "Modern review" (Moderní revue). His work was misunderstood by his contemporaries, the poet was constantly in a financial bind. He died of tuberculosis.
