Sir Roland Algernon Penrose CBE (born. Sir Roland Algernon Penrose; 14 Oct 1900(19001014), London — 23 April 1984, Farley farm, East Sussex) is a British artist, writer and art historian. One of the founders surrealistic movement in the UK and the Institute of contemporary arts in London.
