Khufnagel

1542−1601
Flemish painter/engraver. The most famous Botanical illustrations involving them, in addition to botanicals, animals and insects.
His calligraphy is in the book calligraphy and botany, created by calligrapher - Georg Bocskay for the Holy Roman emperors - Ferdinand I, Maximilian I and Rudolf II.
What is most interesting, during the life of Georg Bocskay and Joris Hoefnagel not even met, just Hufnagel was decorated for his illustrations of the book of Boscia 15 years after his death.

In addition to calligraphy and illustrations, and valuable materials of which it is made, such as parchment, gold and silver paint, etc.
The book is kept in the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
