Shepel Andrei Leonidovich. 07.22.1989
I am engaged in painting for about 10 years. He began with realistic painting (mainly landscapes and still lifes).
In the future, the semantic implication of my works, an appeal to transcendence and metaphysics, the desire to convey the emotional state even through realism, the human being through nature, and nature through the human being increased.
Currently, I am a student of SPGHPA named after AL Shtiglits, a course of Professor Mikhail Shemyakin, who has annual monthly internships in France.
Recently I have been interested in transformations and metaphysical reworking of real objects and works of art (from Russian icons to masterpieces of world painting), searching for new forms and plots in the outside world, the formation of abstract compositions based on real objects.
