Victor Viktorovich Vaveykin was born on February 19, 1974 in the city of Penza. In 1997 he graduated from the Penza Art College named after K. Savitsky with a degree in Painting.
The artist works in a realistic manner, where the easiest genres are easel composition, portrait, landscape. Many of the works are in private collections in Russia, USA, Canada, France, Germany, etc.
In 2017, he took part in the international exhibition "One belt, one way" in China.
