Victor Ryskin was born in 1952 in the village. Shmakovka of the Primorsky Territory in the large creative family of the participant of the Great Patriotic War Kuzma Nikolaevich Ryskin. Since childhood, he was interested in drawing and after graduation he entered the Cheboksary Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Art. Then he returned to his homeland, worked as a teacher at school, as a graphic designer. Currently lives in with. Chindyanovo of the Dubensky district of the Republic of Mordovia. Since 2005, Viktor Kuzmich has been an active participant in regional and national exhibitions and festivals. His works are kept in private collections in Moscow, Tolyatti and Ulyanovsk
