Andrey Yeltsov is a painter. Born in 1966. Graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of TSPI in Tambov, studied at the Moscow State Polygraphic Institute (Department of Book Graphics).
Since 2004, he has actively participated in art exhibitions.
In 2008, A.A. Yeltsov was admitted to the Union of Artists of Russia in the creative specialty artist-painter.
On February 5, 2019, Andrey Yeltsov passed away suddenly.
