Karas Gallery presents a personal exhibition of the Kiev artist Andrey Bludov. The new project "Urban Studies" concerns the topic of space, structure and labyrinth, while at the same time offering an analogy to the vision of the world by modern man. In the project, the artist again addresses the topic of Homo sapiens consciousness. The germs of this theme appear in the projects "Station" (2012), "Movable / Immovable" (2013) and "Sociopolis" (2017).
The new series includes unusual drawings of postmodern architecture, where all the buildings and buildings are presented in the form of luminous transparent structures. They create an imaginary city, full of energy flows and vibrations. Designs depicted in complex perspectives, then appear, then disappear into nowhere. This color is significantly different from the more monochrome "Sociopolis", reducing the decorative to the total color expression.
