Jeff Koons at the Ashmola Museum

Largeexhibition of works by Jeff Koons represents 17 works, fourteen of which have never before been exhibited in the UK. They cover the entire career of the artist and his most famous series, including Equilibrium, Sculpture, Banality, Antiquity, and the last cycle Magic Ball.

The exhibition presents important works from the 1980s, thanks to which Koons earned fame by reinterpreting existing works and appropriating popular images. Among the main exhibits - an impressive "Venus from a balloon (purple)", as well as multi-layered collages.
