New Exposition Catherine BalletMood in the room»Plays with virtual reality, mixing graphic textures and digital photographic elements. It compiles them from several layers, giving a material feeling to the unreal. The resulting compositions reveal the various states of consciousness of the artist and illustrate her desire to endlessly explore the duality between content and absence, space and surface.

“Catherine portrays some hallucinatory scenes with closed doors, from which her characters seem to be unable to escape,” said Fanny Esculen, curator of the exhibition at Galerie Thierry Bigaignon.
