Have Shan. Winding trail

Platform China in Beijing presents Wu Shan's solo exhibitionWinding trail". In the exhibited works, the meaning of the lines is reflected in an independent manner and becomes the central visual language. The lines on the canvases of the author are close to lines in traditional Chinese art, which do not form a form, but join and form structures.
Wu Shang was born in 1960 in China. He graduated from the faculty of oil painting of the Academy of Fine Arts Zhejiang, continued his education in America. He is currently a professor at the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts. Exhibitions of his works were held at the Lawrence Pearlin Gallery, Matthew Ford Wisconsin Gallery, Chicago Gallery, Indiana South Bend Gallery, Mervin Gallery, Wisconsin University and the Chicago Art Center in Hyde Park.
