Art space "KARTIR10" represent the exhibition "#My Moscow. Painting and graphics by Anna Charina ".
The exhibition will feature more than 60 paintings and graphic works of the artist.
The painting of the artist, whose work has been connected with Moscow for a quarter of a century, is surprisingly sentimental and lyrical.
It captures the disappearing nature of the old city: overgrown parks, ancient benches, cozy courtyards and alleys, golden domes of small churches. The still lifes of the author are devoid of pathos and gloss, they are extremely lively, cozy and inviting, as if filled with bright magic.
The author's painting technique creates an amazing “watercolor” lightness of oil canvases.
Anna Charina was born in Moscow in 1975. She studied at the Children's Art School, and then at the Moscow State University of Press. Cityscape has become a favorite genre in the works.
Works in Moscow, engaged in easel painting and graphics. In the asset of a talented artist more than 20 solo exhibitions. Her works are in private collections in Russia, USA, Canada, Germany, China and other countries.
