Vladimir Gulich. Polygon / Multikutnik

The RA Gallery in Kiev presents a new project by Vladimir Gulich “Polygon / Multikutnik". In his works, the artist combined painting, digital graphics and video. The author creates the possibility of choosing where to get - in a huge portrait or in a color landscape - using optical art techniques, such as illusion of geometry, a generalized line, a binary code of black and white stripes. The artist recognizes the silhouettes and gives them meaning in his paintings.

Vladimir Antonovich Gulich (born 1958) - Ukrainian artist, curator. He graduated from the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Works in the genre of easel painting, installation, performance, art design. Since 1992 - member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Takes part in national and international projects.
