ATMuseum of St. Petersburg avant-garde personal exhibition of Elena Gritsenko "Face. Face. Mask".

At the exhibition you can see over 20 works by Elena Gritsenko from the collection of the State Museum of History of St. Petersburg and the collection of the artist.

Elena Anatolyevna Gritsenko was born in 1947 in Krasnoyarsk. She graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Art School and the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repin.

Lives and works in St. Petersburg. Her works are in collections of Russian and foreign museums, as well as in private collections in Russia, Austria, France, USA, Germany.

For creativity E. A. Gritsenko is characterized by a focus on the human image. All the forms on her canvases become figures, and the figures are supernatural, phantom, existing somewhere outside the ordinary reality.
