Vladimir Loboda. A hundred

Exhibition April 12 − May 7, 2019
The Museum of Contemporary Ukrainian Art Korsakov in Lutsk hosts the exhibition of Vladimir Loboda “A hundred". The exhibition presents paintings, author and printed graphics, sculpture, decoupage. The master demonstrates a close relationship with the national plastic heritage from ancient times to modern art.

For Vladimir Loboda, art is a process akin to prayer meditation, it is a search for the movements and experiences of the human soul. The artist is concerned with a wide range of human feelings: from high to earthly and even completely mundane. The nature of the author’s philosophical outlook manifests itself in that in perfectly mundified scenes he can see both the high impulses and ups of the human soul, as well as notes of falsehood, farce and balagan. The interweaving of high and low motivations creates the unique spirit of the human dramas and human comedies of the heroes in the plots on the canvases of the master.
