Chagall's Circus

Exhibition June 14 − September 8, 2019
Marc Chagall is considered one of the most prominent artists of Europe in the 20th century, a master of many environments whose works reach all corners of the world. Exhibition "Circus“demonstrates Chagall’s typical use of bright colors, fairytale compositions, bizarre characters and magnetic attraction in a circus that, in his opinion, symbolizes the human condition.

The exhibition explores the grandiose circus history of Wisconsin and glorifies the tradition of the Great Milwaukee Circus Parade.
