This exhibition presents contemporary paintings from the 1960s to the present day with different ideas about the human figure. Although the artists portrayed the human figure for thousands of years, such movements of the 20th century as conceptual art, minimalism and abstract expressionism, departed from the time-tested practice of visual art.
