The Museum of Modern Art "Artmuz" presents an exhibition of graphics and sculpture by Elizabeth and Denis Donchenko "Labyrinths of Mind".
This is an exhibition of two brilliant artists, a father and a daughter, a tribute to the memory and continued collaboration.
Denis Donchenko (1965-2015) - the sculptor, being blind due to illness, worked in the technique of electroforming, created sculptures, using wood, gypsum, clay as a material. His work is a symbol of fortitude and inflexible love of life.
In her work, Elizaveta Donchenko examines the complex mechanisms of human interaction with himself and the world around her, specifically adding to her characters the grotesque and awkwardness that seem to be cramped in the framework in which they are forced to exist.
