Konstantin Rogotchenko. Color territory

The Museum of the History of Kamensky presents a personal exhibition of paintings by Konstantin Rogotchenko “Color territory". The artist's works are made in an abstract style that resembles the style of the American Barnett Newman. In the paintings of the master conveyed feelings of joy, sadness, anxiety. A characteristic feature of the latest paintings of the author is a planar formal plot, combined with a three-dimensional texture, which creates the impression of contrast and contradiction.

Konstantin Rogotchenko was born in 1989 in Kiev. He graduated from the Kiev National University of Technology and Design at the Faculty of Graphic Design. Member of the association "Art Movement" (2004-2008). Participant of national and international solo and group art exhibitions. His personal exhibition was also held at the National Museum of Russian Art (Kiev, 2017). Winner of the contest George Yakutovich. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2015. Works are in private collections and in the State Art Museum of Lithuania.
