Silver Age Gardens

State Museum-Reserve "Tsaritsyno" invites you to visit the exhibition "Silver Age Gardens".

The exhibition collected about 400 exhibits from two dozen museums and private collections - literature, painting, graphics, ceramics, glass and metal, architectural graphics and tiles, artistic photography and stereo pairs.

The exposition is devoted to all variants of the Silver Age garden theme. Each room is like the head of one big book: "Garden of Symbols", "Stone Garden", "Gardens on the Stage", "In an Old Manor", "Garden of Remembrance", "Garden of a Dream", "From Garden to Landscape", " The man in the garden. " A special place is occupied by sculptures, graphics, paintings, photographs of an almost completely lost monument - the Crimean estate Novy Kuchuk-Koy.

Famous names among artists include Fedor Vasilyev, Alexander Benois, Boris Kustodiev, Stanislav Zhukovsky, Kuzma Petrov-Vodkin, Mikhail Vrubel, Viktor Borisov-Musatov, Natan Altman, Anna Ostroumova-Lebedeva, Konstantin Somov and many others.
