Valery Franchuk was born in 1950 in the Khmelnytsky region. He graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1990. Winner of the National Prize of Ukraine named after Taras Shevchenko 2008. Member of group, republican, international art exhibitions and solo exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. Works are kept in local museums, public organizations and cultural centers of Ukraine and abroad.
