Exhibition of works by Zurab Tsereteli

In the Primorsky Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, an exhibition of works by the President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Zurab Konstantinovich Tsereteli.
The exhibition presents a series of copyright silk-screen printing, models of sculpture and video Z. Tsereteli.
The fame that Zurab Tsereteli acquired in the country at the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s quickly overcame the outer borders of the Soviet Union thanks to the artistic design of the Soviet embassies and representative offices in Brazil, Japan, the USA, and the creation of decorative and monumental compositions in Spain, France, England and America. This allowed Zurab Tsereteli not only to keep abreast of all world artistic processes and to get acquainted with almost all major foreign artists, architects, politicians and cultural figures, but also organically, remaining Georgian and Soviet artists, to join the stream of global cultural flow. Residents of the regions in which the work of Z. K. Tsereteli was not previously exhibited, had the opportunity to get acquainted with the works of the artist and sculptor of world scale.
