Michael Close. Art on the road to humanity

In Almaty at the Museum of Art. A. Kasteev hosts an exhibition of contemporary Canadian artist Michael CloseArt on the road to humanity". The exposition contains about 90 works - painting, acrylic, graphic sheets. The author created his own recognizable style, which is based on pure colors with a contrasting contour. A flexible flexible line is the main tool for creating compositions, where the main character is a man, primarily a woman. Female images are sensual, pensive and beautiful, harmonious and introspective.

Michael Close was born in Toronto in 1954. He graduated from the College of Art in Ontario, and also studied interior design at Ryerson Polytechnic University. He is an active participant in art exhibitions in various countries, including the USA, Belgium, Italy, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Turkey, Egypt, Iceland, Romania, Macedonia, Russia and other countries.
