Kursk State Art Gallery named after A. A. Deineka together with the Pushkin Museum. Pushkin present an exhibition“Masterpieces of Russian painting from the collection of the personal collections department of the Pushkin Museum im. A.S. Pushkin ".
The exhibition presents 38 works of domestic art of the XVIII – XX centuries. Viewers will see the work of the largest masters of Russian art V.L. Borovikovsky, V.G. Perova, I.I. Shishkina, N.S. Goncharova and other artists.
The exhibition "Masterpieces of Russian painting from the collection of personal collections of the Pushkin Museum im. A.S. Pushkin ”gives an idea of the various stages in the development of Russian fine art: from portraits of the 18th century, realistic paintings of the Wanderers, retrospective paintings of the Miriskusniks to compositions by avant-garde artists of the early 20th century. All works were donated to the department of the Museum of Personal Collections Department of the State Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin from Russian collectors.
