"Beatrice Gonzalez: Retrospective"- the first large-scale exhibition in the USA, dedicated to the work of Colombian artist Beatrice Gonzalez.
Gonzalez is not only a world-famous artist, but also one of the few living representatives of the generation of "radical women" from Latin America.
The exhibition shows more than 100 works, from the beginning of the 1960s to the present, which embody the entire volume of Gonzalez's work. The exhibition presents two-dimensional paintings, drawings, silk-screen printing, three-dimensional recycled furniture (beds, cribs, tables, cabinets) and household items (trays, televisions, cigar boxes).
