The famous art critic Vitaly Kandyba called Vladimir Oleinikov “the strongest schedule in the entire eastern territory to the Ural Mountains,” and it is no coincidence that the artist is invited to participate in all-Russian displays of watercolors, in city, regional, regional and all-Russian graphic exhibitions.
