In the Udmurt Republican Museum of Fine Arts an exhibition of the famous Russian artist, the founder of abstract art
Vasily Kandinsky "Color Sounds".
For the first time 66 original graphics will be presented, revealing the three key stages of the Master’s work: the early works of the 1900s, the heyday of the period of lyrical geometry and late biomorphic abstraction.
Full immersion in the artist’s work will be achieved thanks to the multimedia hall, in which colors, lines and shapes from Kandinsky’s works will come to life and sound under a musical series composed especially for the exhibition.
The artist, philosopher, thinker and theorist Vasily Kandinsky (1866-1944) created a fundamentally new system in the visual arts and a new language, according to which any color, line, geometric figure, their combinations can cause a variety of associations: visual, sound, taste and others . Vasily Kandinsky's works are in leading world museums, and his creative heritage is the pride of private collections and auction houses.
