Impressionism in sculpture

London Sladmore Gallery and Staedel Museum, Frankfurt organize exhibition"Impressionism in sculpture".

The exhibition will present the works of Edgar Degas, Auguste Rodin, Medardo Rosso, Pavel Trubetskoy and Rembrandt Bugatti - as the brightest representatives of impressionism in sculpture. The exhibition brings together the works of authors with paintings, pastels, drawings, prints and photographs of other prominent authors such as Pierre Bonnard, Antoine Bourdelle, Mary Cassatt, Camille Claudel, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Auguste Renoir, Giovanni Segantini and John Singer Sargent. In total, viewers will see about two hundred works.

Impressionism continues to fascinate a century and a half after its appearance. Everyone is familiar with painting, in particular with its casual, sketchy style, vibrant color palette, and everyday motives. At the exhibition, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the most diverse manifestations of impressionism in sculpture.
