Amarillo Museum of Art (AMoA) presents an exhibition"Break".
At the exhibition, visitors will see paintings, sculptures and photographs by David Meisel, Jess Benjamin and Mark Messersmith.
Each of the authors in his work reflects the interaction between people and nature and the impact that society has on the environment. Jess Benjamin illustrates the destruction of water resources with his sculptural compositions. The author of large-format paintings, Mark Messersmith, chooses human expansion, the struggle for existence, natural life cycles and the food chain for his subjects, and creates apocalyptic urban and industrial species that merge with species of dying natural landscapes and endangered species.
