The Rostov Regional Museum of Fine Arts (ROMIA) presents one of the brightest cultural events in the city - a personal exhibition
"Revived canvases" Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts, Professor Nikas Safronov.
The exposition acquaints the viewer with different periods of the master's work. More than 50 paintings and graphic works, created from the late 1990s to 2019, are presented. These are works of various genres: landscapes, still lifes, portraits, subject surrealistic compositions, among which canvases in the unique author's style Dreаm vision. The painter's works will be presented both in classical performance - on canvases, and using multimedia technologies.
The artist's works are distinguished by graceful lightness, inviting space and spirituality. They are built on the subtlest associations, several eras echo in them, where the author tries to capture the elusive essence of his visions and dreams. The architectural landscapes of Nikas Safronov are always imbued with the mystery and spirit of the era, peeping through the stone castles, vaulted ceilings, labyrinths of steps, pointed domes of towers. Possessing great imagination and energy, the artist is in constant creative search. All this allowed Nikas Safronov to win the interest and recognition of the general public, as well as connoisseurs and connoisseurs of art.
