Desired Beauty. Pre-Raphaelite masterpieces from the Tate Collection

Exhibition May 13 − August 22, 2021
The Hungarian National Gallery invites you to visit an exhibition "Desired Beauty. Pre-Raphaelite Masterpieces from the Tate Collection".

An exhibition of more than 100 works represents Tate Britain's unrivaled Pre-Raphaelite collection, including masterpieces by Dante Gabriel Rossetti, John Everett Millais and John William Waterhouse.

The works of the Pre-Raphaelites, artists of the most influential British art movement of the nineteenth century, figure prominently in the Tate Collection, which houses the national collection of British art after 1500.

Prepared according to the materials of the website Hungarian National Gallery.
