Centre of contemporary art of international importance. Founded in 2002 by the artist, sculptor and art historian Mihail Сhemyakin. Our organization has been implementing the international research and exhibition and educational project "The Imaginary Museum of Mikhail Shemyakin" over the past few years. The basis of the project were serious analysis and scientific classification of characters in works of various kinds of art which the master has been dealing with for more than fifty years.
The work of Mihail Сhemyakin, not only an artist, but also a philosopher, analyst, art historian and enlightener, is a huge collection of art finds, collected from millions of reproductions, engravings and photographs. "The Imaginary Museum" is a unique collection of forms, generalized and philosophically meaningful, capable of presenting the world's artistic heritage in a systematized and structured form.
