The Perm Art Gallery is one of the first state art museums to appear on a vast territory from Moscow to the Far East. This is the first art museum in the Urals. The official opening of the gallery took place on November 7, 1922.

Today, the gallery’s collection has over 51,000 items, and this is one of the largest regional art museums in Russia. The Perm Art Gallery is a museum of the Hermitage type, which allows you to display fine and decorative art of various genres, schools and trends, countries and eras.
