In 1952 Irina Baldina graduated from Ilya Repin Institute in the I. E. Repin, the workshop of Mikhail bobyshov.

Were studied of Alexander Debler, Boris Fogel, Alexander Segal.

Participates in exhibitions since 1952.

Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1957.

Painted portraits, landscapes, still lifes, genre scenes.
