Gidonas
Leibovic Barilkis

Born March 15, 1931. in the city of Kaunas in Lithuania. He studied at the art Institute of Lithuanian SSR in Vilnius (1950-1957) B. C. Mackevicius. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1970, and Painter. Author thematic paintings, portrait painter, landscape painter.

Taught in the art Department of the Tyumen College of art (1970-ies).

Participant of regional, zonal, national exhibitions in 1981 - personal exhibition in Tyumen. Works are TMII, TOKM, private collections in Germany, Israel, Canada, France.

Lives in Tyumen.
